Some TIME considerations: These
drivers drive at speed limit. The group will stop for lunch and they will
refuel & change drivers for about 25 minutes near Hattiesburg.
1) The LOUISIANA coach left
at 7:50 this morning Eastern Time. All was smooth! We had a really wonderful
MAIN Session. More to come.
2) 9:50 Central time: ATLANTA AREA, I-85 MM (mile-marker) 102 in traffic going
a bit slow.
3) 1:52 Central Time: Birmingham Area, I-59 MM 25, ETA Covington-Mandeville
7:20 PM Central Time, ETA Baton Rouge add 1:30.
4) 4:40 Central Time. I-59 Exit 160, Meridian MS. ETA Covington-Mandeville
7:50 PM Central Time, ETA Baton Rouge add 1:30.
5) 5:50 Central Time. 1-59 MM 72. ETA Covington-Mandeville 7:20 PM Central Time, ETA Baton Rouge add about an hour and a half with unloading time in Covington.

COMING TO CAMP: FOR THE JUNE & MAIN SESSIONS: The plan is to leave from Baton Rouge by approximately 7:00 PM the day before camp begins. Be a half hour early. We will meet at the same location as last year, the Cici's Pizza, 5260 Corporate Blvd. (see below, also special pizza deal). We will stop in Mandeville at about 8:15 PM at the Holiday Square Shopping Center at I-12 and 190. If there are campers to board in another city along the way, we might be able to arrange that (You must contact us with a specific easy-on/easy-off exit and fool-proof instructions). The campers will stop for breakfast before arriving at camp the morning of opening day, probably around 8:00 AM.
CLOSING DAY - RETURNING HOME - Motor coach leaves camp for Louisiana at approx 7:30 AM
We find these motor coaches are somewhat unpredictable due to traffic, weather, meals, road construction, etc. The motor coaches can run later than the estimates. On departure day we put adjusted arrival time information here on this website (See red letter sample below) to make your pick-up easier.

4) 1:10 PM Central Time. I-85, Mile Marker 20 nearly to Montgomery, AL. ETA Covington 5:30 PM, Baton Rouge 6:45
5) 2:07 PM Central Time, I-65, Mile Marker 129, Greenville, AL, We expect a 20 min fuel stop. ETA Covington 5:50 PM, Baton Rouge 7:15
