Here’s a little update from our mini session opening day yesterday! Our campers are currently exploring the beautiful high country of the Balsam Range near the Shining Rock Wilderness, paddling the Tuckaseegee and French Broad rivers, climbing in Pisgah National Forest at Cove Creek and Cedar Rock, and biking in the beautiful 8000 acre wonderland of DuPont State Forest. These trips range from beginner excursions, starting with the very basics, all the way up to adventures for our most advanced and experienced campers. For our Main Session campers, things are progressing quickly as they ramp into their second full week of trips! For our Mini Session campers, we are delighted to lead them by the hand into a fun and exciting first week at Kahdalea and Chosatonga!
