Camp is off to a wonderful start! It is a special joy to see the smiles of campers and counselors on the Dining Hall deck before meals, to hear the beautiful traditional camp songs lead by my wonderful mother, Anne Trufant, and to witness the excitement as new skills are shared within our community. The stars have been beautiful, the weather mild (no rain so far!), and the energy remains high!
Our campers enjoy new programs daily, including an updated CKC Olympic Games, Picnic Tribe Dinners by the Kahdalea lake, and there are many surprises in store for new and returning campers this week – more pictures to come 🙂
